TPS-West (formerly William G. West, P.C., CPA) was originally founded in 1991 functioning as a CPA practice offering traditional accounting and tax services to businesses and individuals. In 1997, Mr. West was appointed as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee to administer bankruptcy cases in the Southern District of Texas. As a result of this new role, the firm gradually transitioned from offering accounting services to the general public into a specialized practice providing accounting and tax services to other bankruptcy professionals. In 2012, Mr. West resigned as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee to focus on the bankruptcy advisory practice. Since that time, the Company has successfully operated within the Bankruptcy field, offering a range of accounting, tax, and litigation support services. We primarily provide these services to Bankruptcy Trustees, Liquidation Trustees, Disbursement Agents, and Chief Restructuring Officers.
